Allen Brown believes that even contemporary precious jewellery can have a conscience and strives to be different, using only ethically traded gems and conflict-free diamonds and actively sourcing ‘green gold’ wherever possible. He leads a proactive, innovative and forward-looking team who look to be at the forefront of new ideas in both design and the industry. He believes that, ‘Fairtrade isn’t just for coffee’ to encourage people to consider the route source of their precious jewellery and ‘Ethical doesn’t have to mean ethnic’ to show that even fine jewellery can have a conscience.

We feel that it is the job of a proactive, innovative, forward-looking business like Allen Brown Jewellery to be at the forefront of new ideas, not just in design – which is what initially draws many people to us – but increasingly in this globalised world, to encourage people to consider the route source of their precious items.
