Ordering via Our Online Shop
We have recently added an online shop to our website. This allows you to explore our jewellery range at ease, with product details and pricing clearly displayed.
Upon entering our online shop, our jewellery is categorised into our Gold Collection, Silver Collection and Gents Jewellery. From here you can add to basket and choose between home delivery at a flat rate of £10 or click and collect from our Lichfield showroom.
How to Order Commission Jewellery
Commission jewellery is very popular with our customers and forms a large part of Allen’s work. If you are looking for bespoke jewellery, we take your initial brief of what you would like to include in your jewellery design, such as metals, a favourite stone or a sentimental birthstone. Our talented designers will begin their work to create a final design before they begin crafting in our inhouse workshop.
Our team has a very hands on approach and can offer technical advice during your consultation. We can explore and expand on different ideas until you find exactly what you are looking for in your commission jewellery.
Remodelling Jewellery With Us
This also applies to our jewellery remodelling service, if you are looking to add a new lease of life or personal touch to beloved accessories. Whether it needs cleaning, stones adding or removing or if you want to completely remodel it into an entirely different piece of jewellery. Bring it in and our team can look over it before drafting a collection of remodelling ideas for you to choose from.
Visiting Our Lichfield Showroom
To browse our full range of jewellery we have our Lichfield Showroom. This is located at the Heart of the Country Shopping Village in Swinfen near Lichfield, Staffordshire. In addition to our jewellery, you will also be able to have a sneak peak at our inhouse workshop, which is fully windowed for visitors to see into.
